The Electronic Recipe Manager (ERM) is the most user friendly recipe management software available. We are confident you will be pleased with your purchase, but FYIT encourages you to view the demo on our website and download the shareware version before you buy.

Customers that already have ERM installed do not need to download the file provided with your order. All you have to do is enter the registration code you recieve and you'll have access to all ERM features!

If you have any questions, refer to our website and we will be happy to help! We provide e-mail support and maintain an on-line ERM FAQ list for your convenience.

WE DO NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS OUTSIDE OF THE USA, EVEN IF YOU CHOOSE THAT ORDERING OPTION.

Please do not select the options with the Manual or CD if you are not a resident of the United States unless you e-mail us first and make other arrangements. We have previously shipped outside the US when the customer has offset the cost of shipping.
